Please familiarise yourselves with the below rules, which you and your group must adhere to during your stay at the festival:
1. There will be a NO SMOKING POLICY around the area where the straw bales are located. A smoking area will be provided within the arena.
2. Tickets are only valid if purchase from an authorised seller. Online tickets are only available on Eventbrite.com
3. Tickets are purchased on a non-refundable basis; however individual circumstances will be looked at and applications for refunds should be made through info@staxtonbury.co.uk. Only the face value of the tickets will be refunded i.e., not including any booking fees.
4. Staxtonbury Music Festival shall not be liable for any indirect costs associated with a postponed or cancelled event.
5. Active Events Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of personal belongings.
6. By attending you accept that prolonged expose to loud music or noise can damage your hearing.
7. Active Events Solutions Ltd reserve the right to refuse you entry or remove you from the festival site for behaviour we deem unsuited to a family event.
8. Active Events Solutions Ltd reserve to right to confiscate any prohibited item upon entry to the site via a search, or at any other time.
9. By attending the event you are giving your consent to have your likeness to be included in any festival promotional media.
10. All Under 18's must be accompanied to the festival by an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult must also be camping in the same camping area. Please see the Under 18 Policy on our website. An accompanying adult must be over 21 years of age.
11. Well behaved dogs are allowed, but must be kept on leads at all times. All dog waste must be picked up by their owners and disposed of in a bin.
12. Food and drink (including alcohol) may be brought into the campsite (If you are camping with us), for personal consumption only. No Alcoholic drinks will be permitted to be brought into the event arena. No glasses or bottles are to be taken into the arena. Picnics including soft drinks, water and food may be brought into the arena for personal consumption.
13. Individually numbered wristbands will be issued upon your arrival, please wear them at all times. Wristbands will remain the property of Staxtobury Ltd.
14. No fires or open flames on the site whatsoever. All BBQs out by 10pm please. Our security will be on site to ensure this happens. People/groups going against this will be asked to leave. No Chinese Lanterns.
15. No entry or re-entry into the music arena after 10.30pm on Friday or Saturday nights.
16. You must adhere to any instructions made on the festival site by any member of Staxtonbury Ltd staff or their representatives.
17. Your ticket purchase constitutes your acceptance of the above terms.
18. Active Events Solutions Ltd (Staxtonbury Music Festival) reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
